Membership to Erie Crawford Cooperative

Any active farmer who use Erie Crawford Cooperative products and services are eligible to apply for membership to the Co-op. One share of Common Stock can be purchased for $5.00 with a limit of one share per member. The value of Common Stock is fixed and Erie Crawford Cooperative is the only market for purchase. Yearly Patronage Dividends are distributed based on purchases made at the Co-op during the Co-op's fiscal year. Yearly dividend and stock holdings in the Co-op would not only keep our Co-operative status but would also enable us to keep our prices competitive with the farming industry.

A membership application must be completed and returned to the Co-op's office to await approval from the Board of Directors at their next monthly meeting. A check for the $5.00 Common Stock must be attached, and the application completed thoroughly to be presented to the Board of Directors.
